Terms & Conditions

1.This Promotional Offer entitles the consumer with cashback credited in NEFT/UPI linked bank account. The value of cashback will be “ Rs. 50, Rs.75 and Rs.100”. The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received inside the pack. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback Coupon (“Cash Coupons”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.

2.The Cashback amount will be credited within 24 – 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.

3.The promotional offer is valid from 5^th Feb 2024 to 4^th Feb 2025, on the campaign website – barkoutloud.rewardzpromo.com. 

4.The OTP received upon registration will be valid for 30 days from the date of registration.

5.The consumer has to make the second purchase and register within 30 days after claiming the first of cashback of Rs.50 to avail the cashback of Rs. 75 and similarly the consumer has to make the third purchase and register within 30 days after claiming the second cashback of Rs.75 and avail the cashback of Rs.100.
(i.e Rs 50 + Rs 75 + Rs 100 = Rs. 225)

6.Similarly, after the 3rd successful cashback claim on each and every and purchase and registration within the given time frame, the consumer will be eligible for cashback of Rs.100

7.Incase, the consumer fails to claim any cashback within 30 days, he/she will not be eligible for the further progressive cashback.

8.However, the consumer can restart claiming cashback with their next purchase during the duration of the campaign.

9.In no event NEFT/UPI be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer.

10.The details of NEFT and UPI linked back account have to be entered by the customers themselves. If the consumers enter incorrect NEFT/UPI Linked bank account details, then the cashback will not be processed.

11.Once consumer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either NEFT/UPI Coupon it cannot be altered, changed or replaced.

12.Vivaldis, RewardPort or NEFT/UPI shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward.

13.NEFT/UPI Coupon may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time.

15.The participating customers may, at the request of Vivaldis participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Vivaldis for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating consumer agrees and consents to Vivaldis to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

16.The decision of Vivaldis or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

17.No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Vivaldis and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

18.The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

19.The use of NEFT/UPI name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of NEFT/UPI in Vivaldis. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Vivaldis and NEFT/UPI Coupon, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.

20.This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

21.Cashback Denominations :
- Same name, email id/mobile number to be used for progressive cash of upto Rs.225
- On the first successful registration consumer will be eligible for cashback worth Rs.50.
- On the second successful registration, with the same name, mobile number and email id the consumer will be eligible for cashback worth Rs.75.
- On the third successful registration, with the same name, mobile number and email id the consumer will be eligible for cashback worth Rs.100.
- Similarly, after the 3^rd purchase and registration within the given time frame, the consumer will be eligible for cashback of Rs.100.
